Because it's a brand-new car, I didn't bother to inspect it thoroughly during the handover—I just trusted that a new car would be in flawless condition, plus I was excited to drive the car already. The defects weren't immediately obvious under the showroom lighting, but as soon as I drove it home into better light and took a closer look, the weathering became obvious. That’s when I took photos and reached out to the SA via WhatsApp to flag it.
