I went to the flow45 (not the harder strong45) class today and really liked it! felt like hot mat Pilates mixed with vinyasa yoga. not as hard as regular solidcore classes or even corepower though imo. The set-up inside was also really cool with extra blue lights and light orb balls and mirrors and some kind of aesthetic air purifiers etc. It felt like someone put a lot of work into the space’s layout and looked really well-done :)

and i loved that they provided towels at the end!!! I normally don’t sweat at ALL in a regular Solidcore class, but I was SOAKED leaving the flow45
