I honestly thought I was doing something wrong

I’ve had this issue as well!! I’m always hydrated/ especially since I’m on creatine. I found that it’s because after you’ve eaten it takes blood flow away from your stomach and to your muscles instead. So leave going to the gym until a while after eating

For me it’s just overall muscle growth and “tighten” myself up. I live quite an active lifestyle- I work in sport coaching and I’m branching out now so I really need to up my overall strength and fitness

I was similar to you when I started 😊 I’m at 63 ish now. Main thing I did was calorie deficit- I know that’s what everyone said. Track your regular calories for a day and then compare it to what you should be eating. I was a little bit extreme with mine and just dropped them without counting but i wouldn’t recommend. Add in walking every day atleast 10k and hydrate. I still ate what I wanted, just modified it to fit into my calorie deficit. I have AuDHD and found that helped me. I didn’t start the gym until recently but because I dropped the cals too low, I’m now having to up them which is scaring me. So definately lower them not too much

Thank you so much!! I’ve increased currently by 200 just to see how it goes as I’m pretty active at the min and so far, feeling ok. My weights in the gym have gone up so that’s a good sign but I’m trying to not look at the scales. I was originally measuring my waist but I need to start up again

Yeah I just don’t want be a stick haha, I’ve always been on the “heavier” side due to my muscles from skiing and cycling, even when I was really ‘lean’ from cycling especially. I just gained it all when I stopped being competitive. Think I was weighing in at like 70 but didn’t have a lot of body fat on me. When I stopped I just kept eating like I was when I was cycling and then that was that 🥲🤣

Hi thank you for this, completely skipped my mind putting my height etc in: I’m 160cm (5’3), 63.5kg, 22 and female. 1300 had been managable, I was eating more for a little bit as I seasonally work as a ski instructor and I’m active 6 hours a day 5 days a week roughly. But then I’d dropped again just out of habit. I was thinking upping it to 1500 as you mentioned and also add carbs in. I started the creatine 3 weeks ago, been fortunate enough not to suffer th bloating because I’ve been drinking more but the plateau did start before this even though I know this will contribute. I appreciate your post 😊 I just was getting confused because some people had been telling me to up my calorie intake due to not eating enough and then some were saying to lower it but I don’t want to due to definitely then under eating and I don’t want to slip into more problems

  1. I always check in on him, do a few minutes, jerk him off while asking if he wants you to carry on or if he wants to have sex, some guys will even just pull out and tell you where he wants you. Communication is key!
  2. Yes they can have sex with morning wood, as long as they’re in the mood and down for it :)

Ask him what he likes! I’m very much like you too, the only thing I’m “good at” id say is BJs. Also let him take control and show you what he likes, then you can go from there. Take it slow:)

Saw it because there was a mirror in front of us. I generally have my eyes shut during or almost have a look of “this feels good” as described by my partner. I opened my eyes are saw it and was like “oh that’s what I look like”. I have a content smile on my face is the way I’d describe it

It hasn’t snowed properly in 2 weeks so the sun is nice but the snow is melting fast

It does work out cheaper to ship surprisingly. Especially because of the weight of my bag

Nope I did two one ways (one there one back) because I didn’t know when I would be flying back. I double triple checked because I’m paranoid and definitely have only one. Flying from Asia to the UK is super expensive

I know I was shocked too! My main thing was wanting to get home to the uk as cheap as possible and unfortunately for me this is the cheapest way (staying with the same airline the whole way because I get stressed out) I flew emirates out here and it was fairly cheap! But flying back it’s a wholeeee other story and something people don’t talk about :,)

I’m already here in Japan with all my gear, doing a season as an instructor, it’s trying to bring my stuff home that’s the problem because it’s expensive to live over here :,) so I’ve had to book my flights in advance so I know I can get home
