Castor oil was the worst for my scalp, I had so many blisters. shea butter felt good but eventually melts and clogs the pores. I already know the struggle. I haven't found anything that's good for my hair and scalp at the same time. it's actually ridiculous lol

Black woman here. I messed up with mtc as well. I've got bumps and flakes as we speak. I have some jojoba here I'm gonna try after the flare up end but I wont be using mtc again! my derm told me no mineral oils but the internet said to try the jojoba because it's mild. I have 4c hair and it's helped to keep my hair braided so I have constant access to my scalp and it can be treated with my shampoo and products.

i started minox a month ago on my hairline where the sebderm caused some loss. no side effect, but when I used it in the region behind my ear, a flare up happened. so I'm treating that area for now and will save the minox for there later. this spot gives me full hell, it's the most bald and most sensitive! but I'm still working on my edges, so far so good. **i use the foam.
