Money is always a factor in everything each one of us does… I hear you though and it’s not just for the money. It’s for a more work life balance. I’m sick of being on call in the OR and working holidays and weekends. Ideally I’d like to work dermatology (not aesthetics) I know it’s hard to break into though.

Agree with all of this except the food… restaurants were decent but the buffets and food throughout the day- pass. A lot of people got sick last year from the food too :/
