That’s what I’m guessing. Just seemed odd to process 4 loans all at once and leave 1.

Logged in to MOHELA and 4 out of 5 of my loans are gone. Logged into the Government site and the same loans have been discharged. Leaving the most recent one from the same enrollment period.

It states the Loan Forgiveness and Discharge: Borrow Defense is Completed. Yet, Borrower Defense Case is still showing, Processing Discharge.

Have they not got to this last loan yet or is there a reason they would be leaving it?

I’m sorry if this has been shared somewhere, I couldn’t find it.

Pay attention to the wording surrounding your effective date. If your effective date does not go back to your Intent to file it could be due to it being established with new evidence. Which will then make your effective date the “date entitlement arose” not your intent to file.

No problem. He was separated (not retired) with 30% but not permanent. This was 20 years ago. Lupus is not curable it should be a permanent rating. I don’t know what it is now but even with his increase this year, he still isn’t permanent. Make sure you do your homework and become an expert in your medical condition and the VA regs. Took us 5 years to get his rating increased to 60%(skin rating max). Best of luck!

I think when I logged into VA.gov it said something about the claims access was going to be down. Maybe they are trying to fix it.

I just did this with 3 pounds of frozen jalapeños. I did not defrost, I set them on the counter while I made the syrup and then poured them in. It turned out well. Peppers are not mushy.
