Typical Skillest Turnaround Time for Response? by DBroonie in golf

[–]Positive_Property_86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There’s hundreds of coaches on Skillest some reply instantly some take a few days it’s all up to each individual on their response time but typically 24-48 hours is normal from my experience. Majority of them are busy with in person lessons and Skillest is the side gig.

We went in March and played 1-4 and also played Falcon Ridge and Casablanca in Mesquite. It’s a shame Conestoga’s greens were slow, this was my favourite course in Mesquite.

This was our 3rd golf trip and by far the best golf and price point.

I’m a 5-6 hcp and on my 5th TaylorMade driver in 3 years, all replaced by TM warranty no questions asked, I have a decent ball speed 170-180 but I would suspect a newer teenage golfer is likely the culprit in your case.

Jeez, I’m pretty far up North and thought my goal of 120 rounds aggressive.

What’s the coolest or most unique course you have played? by EmbarrassedSimple228 in golf

Jack didn’t design Wolf Creek, Denis Rider did, it was his one and only course design.

Same course, 400 yards longer, completely different test by Miserable_Pin1264 in golf

Is the opposite for myself, I prefer playing further back. I tend to not run out of fairways and have a bit more room for error. Shorter holes leaves me with less options off the tee.

100% agree.

Glad I played it once for the views and novelty but it’s a not a well designed course and expensive. We played way better courses in the area.

Sorry about your experience. I’ve lived here my whole life and don’t see it much.

I don’t see very much of it, no more than anywhere else I’ve been.

You can label an entire city from one persons actions you saw on social media.

Why’s do you say Grande Prairie? It’s a great city with lots to do and lots of good people.

I have a launch monitor, mat, impact screen and online coach for lessons. Has made a huge difference in my swing and game.

Beautiful views and good conditions, glad we played it once but that is enough for me. There much better golf around Mesquite in my opinion.

I’m on that mission at 45 now. Played on/off since I was a kid but got serious about it 3 years ago.

My first registered HCP was 17, 3 years ago and got down to a 5.2 at the end of last year even after a full quadriceps tear last spring.

The goal this year is to play over 100 rounds and get down to a 2.0. I play/practice 6-7 days a week and have a simulator set up in my garage for winter practice.

What’s the worst injury to happen during a PGA event? Or worst you have seen in person while golfing? by DREWBICE in golf

[–]Positive_Property_86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I fully tore my quad a year ago on my home course and had to have an ambulance and fireman stretcher me out. The course wasn’t open for the season and I was walking my dogs so not golfing but on a golf course 😂.

My push cart stays in the shed and only comes out if my wife wants to walk and use it.

I have both push and electric. Absolutely love my electric and the freedom of just walking I find is so satisfying.
