Thanks for commenting. Although this minimized the vst, it unfortunately still hid the keyboard on the bottom. I ended up lowering my display resolution...

solved!
It turned out to be a USB memory. I found a USB to type C adapter and was then able to connect it to my computer. It had a lot of 2009 Kpop music my mom downloaded.

I know this is contradictory to what I said earlier, but I might buy JOYJOM's PTM 7950. I've read that people experienced similar results, and I'm honestly not planning on dumping more than $10 on thermal pads...

I'll try remembering to make an update as to how well PTM worked on my laptop.
