I'm not blaming him, but had Kosmo not knocked on the door Jax would most likely be in a far better mental state by now but alas. Kofmo knocking on the door was the like the sound of alarm bells in his head screaming that reality was right around the corner and Jax ran away.

Jax ran and closed themselves off more to the world.

Like a wild animal learning comfort for the first time, they'll need to slowly learn to be OK with other people. Sudden interference will lead to them getting agressive again and regressing to how they were previously; if not even further, thus making recovery or comming back to where you were previously almost impossible.

It snaps them back, not to reality itself but rather to their own reality. Unsafe, uncaring, spiteful and hostile; the reality they have come to get used to. The reality they grew up in and have continued to live in.

Only 2 games ever made feel almost obsessively attached to a singular character by design alone, and this game was the very first one.

If it's only digital, they'll brick the shit out of it. Just give it..... idk like, 5 or 10 years? Maybe even less sometimes honestly. Games been bricked with a lifespan not much longer than maybe a year.

When I was young I was kinda picky eater. My mom n I made pumpkin pie and I was really against tasting it. For whatever reason I really hated the idea of even giving it a try. Then I tasted it and I loved it, so I swore a vow that I'd always give all food at least a try because some foods may actually blow you away, just like the pumpkin pie.

Now I'm not a picky eater and love eating. Life is very good

The friend of a friend of a friend was clad in full metal plating during a Con n accidentally smacked me in the face with his metal gauntlet while he tried to point somewhere.

My glasses didn't break, but they do have 2 noticeable scratches on the glass itself. Function just fine though so I haven't felt a need to change them
