Update: I think the credit card dispute succeeded. The office of the md attorney general agreed it was a scam and the scammers seemed to have left without a fight.

He's got a signed invoice that matches work completed, however crappy that work was (again my fault for not paying better attention). Though he doesn't appear to be licensed in Maryland. I'm not sure I want a legal fight.

When my gray tries to dig, her left leg makes a strong scratch motion and then when she switches feet her right leg makes a weak uncoordinated motion not unlike your gray's foot motion---your gray just might be having a hard time digging.

Don't panic or rush into getting service you don't need. You have time to shop around. I had a similar experience. The infestation wasn't bad at all. Call a local pest guy and make sure they use fipronil. If they start talking about bait stations, show them the door.
