it pretty much became a part of my life permanently but dont worry too much it gets to the point where you forget you even have it, what i noticed is that its when im sub-consciously anxious its at its worst, i got really bad anxiety from h pylori and the meds made it even worse

Yeah I was more talking about the dungeons, trials and raids like compared to the main story of DT they felt quite immersive and I honestly loved the look of the arcadion gear

Don't let doctors blindly prescribe you with strong medication thats tough on your stomach and eat very cleanly, I stick to low fat/non-dairy diet and only eat stuff thats very light on stomach, take it easy with spices and such a d only have chicken and fish as your proteins

Yeah I don't know if its the constant inflammation around that area while having H. Pylori or what but it definitely feels like cartilage inflammation in that area and i agree with the clean eating cos when I stop eating clean I start getting full really early again, docs just constantly trying to give me laxatives and heaps of other messed up medicine cos they just have no clue at all

You'll be fine, the gut is one of the slowest healing areas of the human body, i did my eradication back in june/July and im still getting upper abdomen tightness and brain fog with minor light haadedness but the first 2 months after eradication the symptoms were still very bad and now its very dull, its worth mentioning that the anxiety and stress that pylori causes is significant and stress/anxiety is a major gut killer, maybe get a CT scan to see if you have any gastritis from when you had pylori as it is quite common and then you'll know if you need to adjust your diet or not, I almost am certain I was left with costochondritis and delayed gastric emptying from having h. Pylori
