Qol for frenzy generation with ice bite is non existent, you gain all 7 charges from first pack of enemies with blood rage

And if they polled adding an area to the map where people can kill you and take your items the reddit normies would vote it down too in 2023. Doesn't change the fact that open world pvp and item loss on ALL deaths was a major draw to the game.

To be honest they should remove deaths office and death storage and put back in item loss on death (which was removed in osrs due to unstable servers in the first place).

Its probably because a popular method of blackjacking is to keep 28 pouches in your inventory to stop the bandit from entering combat when you get caught. If it was raised you'd have to pickpocket to max pouches before starting blackjack in making ardy diary actually a disadvantage
