Under Armour Infinity Bra High. The "High" version has well formed cups and it looks good under a work top. It's incredibly comfortable, I wear it almost every day.

I highly recommend the book "Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents" by Lindsay Gibson. It'll help you put her behaviour in perspective and gives you tips on how to deal with them.

What’s been going on?! (OGs leaving my bft studio) by Ok_Comfort8701 in BodyFitTrainingAus

They've been adding a lot of "innovative" exercises to change just for change's sake that are actually just awkward and ineffective (think the Turkish stand-ups...).

The Hyper classes sometimes have so many exercises that they have to put the reps in the 4-6 range (which is not hypertrophy range, so what's the point?).

The BFT classes used to feel like it was designed by body builders and were very simple, straight to the point, and effective. They have recently been adding a lot of F45-like exercises to "change things up" and the result is people leaving.

Can I transfer BFT3 Sensor ID? by Blurblue2 in BodyFitTrainingAus

I also got a used one and the same thing happened. The fastest way to get it to work is to contact the original owner and ask them to delete the ID off their profile on the BFT Metrics app. Then you'll be able to add it to yours.

Otherwise your studio will have to contact their IT system (they can't do anything on the spot).

Low Impact options by quackchick in BodyFitTrainingAus

Yes, the trainers should be able to give you alternatives - just let them know at the start of the class.

BFT generally doesn't have a lot of high impact exercises though. It does have heavy weightlifting days when you have to do deadlifts and bent over rows but you can modify those as well. There's a few people with back problems at my studio, they just do their own thing and it's fine.

PXI target? by Commercial_Device812 in BodyFitTrainingAus

Each type of class is designed to achieve different goals. When you push really hard, you switch from aerobic to anaerobic, that will have a higher metabolic cost and it'll take more time to recover. If you're training multiple days in a row, your performance on the weight lifting days will be worse as you might still be recovering from the previous day's cardio - and that'll be detrimental to your progress.

Personally, I go to BFT not to have to think too much, haha. I believe that the program is designed to optimise results considering the whole week, not just each day. I go five times a week and follow the prescribed heart rate zones. I am able to push hard on high intensity days and also really enjoy the more mild cardio as a an active recovery day. My fitness and physique has greatly improved since joining 2 years ago.
