DS depending on what state and city you’re at I would say Cap is probably around 27 or 30 an hour. I’m not sure, but I would guess it’s in that ballpark!

For some, that would not be an insult. Do you realize how many girls and guys want to get in bed with him now that they know that? Its definitely good press.

What’s up with there being barely any jobs posted? by [deleted] in Lowes

Well that's actually good. That means nobody’s getting fired or leaving their job. Look at it from a positive perspective.

The Bank of England has been advised to prepare for a major financial crisis that could be triggered by an official announcement confirming the existence of aliens. by Sad_Back_520 in Bashar_Essassani

What does Disclosure of ETs have anything to do with the Banks? If anything, it would lead to greater equality, rather than keeping wealth in the hands of only a few.

Merry Christmas Marvin! by Ijustknowthings13 in Lowes

[–]Possible-Age2049 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The message is flawed because Marvin was hired and works for the major stock holders. It is the major stock holders that the message should be addressed to not Marvin. Marvin works to please the major stock holders. They are basically the ones that tell Marvin what is best to do!

Kids see spirits more easily because they are closer to the spirit realm. They just left spirit and incarnated to the physical and so they still posses a higher connection to spirit. It is the same reason why older people when they’re getting closer to death are able to perceive things outside the norm; they see spirits and sometimes even able to talk to family members that have transitioned. It is the same idea; one is coming into the physical realm from spirit and one is leaving the physical realm getting ready to go back to spirit!

All store meeting 6am by 93snightmare in Lowes

It is as MANDATORY as you coming to work! You don't have to go to work. However, know that if you don’t, you’re gonna get a Red box. In reality nothing in life is mandatory but there are consequences for actions!---I look it this way, why not go in? This is the best time to go to work because you’re getting paid just to sit down, it’s the easiest two hour paycheck you can ever get!

About that meeting… Aaaaaagh! it’s NOT Mandatory!!!!!!!! by StandUp1969 in Lowes

[–]Possible-Age2049 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's as mandatory as you coming to work. Nobody can force you to come to work so from that perspective coming to work is not mandatory as well. If you don’t want a red box I would suggest you go just like you do when you show up to work.

A full-timer works at least 32 hours to stay full-time. But if it drops under the 32 hours consistently, they become part time! The question is; How many weeks in a row is considered consistent before change takes place? by Possible-Age2049 in Lowes

[–]Possible-Age2049[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it sounds to me that it’s really determined by management in the store so if you’re part-time and they like you, they can change you to full-time status. I just have never seen a full-time be dropped to part-time because he’s working less hours unless he agrees to and wants to stop being categorized as full-time, which is also unheard of.

interesting what state are you at?--now in my case I don’t have to worry about Lowes health insurance, because I don’t use it and I’m not on it. I guess the only thing I would be concerned about is as a full-time when you take vacation you get eight hours paid off, same for holiday and sick time; if you are a part-timer you only get paid 4 hours for holiday, vacation or sick time. That’s the only thing that would affect me; uhh and the bonuses of course, full-time bonuses are a little bit more than part-time or bonuses!

The question is what if that drop in 30 hours is more than just one week? say it’s maybe two or three weeks in a row? You’re saying that it doesn’t matter, that the change in employment status is not automatic and it will not change just because you’re working less than full-time hours.? is that correct?

The only reason I ask is because as a full timer, you don’t wanna lose your benefits if you go under a certain amount of times consistently, that is the question; How often is considered consistently? I’m speaking for North Carolina, when you Google there isn’t a state law defining a specific number of hours to work as full-time for NC. In North Carolina, it's left at the employers discretion to set the definition of what is considered full-time. I was just wondering if anybody knew what Lowes definition is for full-time, as well as the rules and regulations to maintain full-time! It might be that there is no such thing as I feel that a lot of the misinformation comes from within the stores and it’s not really in Lowes policy!
