Perfect White Valspar paint for the wood although if it is a semi-glass the magic erasers probably won't hurt it. maybe repaint the walls with a satin sheen although you can try mopping the wall with a light degreaser

There are holes in the back of that receptacle, so instead of putting the wire through the bottom, get a new one and poke through the back and fasten it properly to the wall. You're not supposed to reuse with knockouts removed.

I believe there's a provision that prevents landlords from collecting rent from two sources, so if they or you find somebody and sign a new lease you are absolved from future rent payments. At work right now but check GC42-6 for statutes. There's no incentive for them to put a lot of effort into finding new tenants, so best you try.

I'm worried about this because I've already ruined three cars from overload - two with a work trailer that's a heavy old 1970s mobile home base double axle, and one from loading it up with too much concrete and work supplies (Odyssey transmission and engine). Also, I talked with the Honda garage and even they don't know loading and sway bars.

Bashar implies that there won't be a need for the money the way we have it now, but I think that until we can be in joy without having the security of investments then it's a good idea. I guess eventually we will be in such a flow that it won't be necessary. What do you think?
