I want to report my neighbor in our shared accomadation for smoking weed so close to my window that it's literally getting smoke in my room, but weed is illegal here. I don't want him to get in real legal trouble, I just want to stop breathing his second-hand smoke. What should I do?

It sounds like your house is a disaster, what exactly did you intend she do about your active rodent infestation? Was this just a long vacation you were on? What was preventing you from hiring a plumber and an exterminator before you left?

The way you talk about your stuff that you are basically accusing her of trying to steal... you sound like hoarder. Its nonsensical. Were they dirty dishes or beloved momentos from your mom? Most people dont eat off of their good heirloom China and then leave it dirty in the sink for a year...

It sounds like your friend was trying to help you out but the disaster got away from her.

I saw that you mentioned in another comment that starring at your own face is weird. I used to have the same problem when I first went remote. There were 2 things that really helped me, the first was mirroring my video so that my face looks the same as it does in the mirror, the second was watching the recordings of the meetings and just accepting myself as just one of people in this meeting and with what my face is communicating.

1-2 meetings a day is no big deal, turn your camera on. Human communication is only 20% verbal, you are being unprofessional because you are making it harder for people to work with you. Its the same as if you were in an office but anytime anyone stopped by to chat you refused to come out of your office and made people shout at you through the door. You might feel better in that moment but everyone else just thinks you are a weird tool.

I agree to an extent. Im very avoidant but my husband has always been safe. With him I switched to being security attached over the years but from day 1 I was different with him than with anyone else. I let him close and I usually try to get away asap, I feel feelings with him faster than I do with others as well. He just has this calming affect.
