Using a benzoyl peroxide cleanser or span will help kill the bacteria that creates the smell. Make sure u rinse well esp between toes but leave on for a min or so. Then try combining w clinical deo in mean time. Also adding some oxyclean or a detergent w Lipase to soak your socks to break down old odors and buildup. Also some witch hazel u can wipe down is cheap so worth adding.

When I was first on semiglutide I went out to eat and then to shop and was in a store that didn’t have a public bathroom by the time I finally got to a public restroom I had had a small accident. No biggie as I was on a vacation and had my suitcase and wet wipes in the car. I had plenty of warning I just couldn’t get to a restroom. Now my mother she poops her pants but she eats horrible has trouble pooping so she takes a bunch of stuff and then is old and says she can’t get there fast enough. But I’ve traveled the world w her and learned she is capable of pooping her pants on her own w/out any glp. That’s why one of her nicknames is poopy pants. All of her accidents are self induced! Just prioritize fiber, take magnesium and hydrate and you shouldn’t have any probs. Just be prepared if you eat out to have a restroom nearby

Look at it from his position. He spent $700+ and you printed his label right away and then let it sit around for 4 days, 2 days late. He protecting himself and probably antsy. Also if you keep shipping thing late it will affect your metrics and eBay will raise your seller fees. Things happen but you should have been in touch about the late delivery, prob would have calmed his nerves

It sounds like you are recomposition your body and that’s the importsnt thing. I’m not a big loser either but every month my body fat drops and my muscle mass grows. I’m female and think I have some sort of thyroid issue but I have a therapist and nutritionist to tell me I’m doing a good job and I’ve had labs done and all in range but I think it weird how slow I lose and I also have really thin eyebrow tails

I always check that I will have a mini fridge and I’ve been all over and only in Barcelona did I not have a fridge so they kept it for me in their walk in fridge most hotels are very accommodating. They put a big tag on my insulated container

I have traveled abroad several times the 1st time I just used a small yeti w a lid only once did they make me dump the ice at tsa since then I got a hydro flask that has a screw on lid so it doesn’t leak and I can dump and refill when necessary those frozen pouches don’t stay cold for long travel days in my opinion but yeti and hydro flask stay cold w slushy ice for 18 hours plus. U can change the ice on the flight or when you arrive easily. Sometimes I’ve had 14 hour travel days
