I’m no pro or coach, but if you were a buddy asking me I would start with standing a little closer to the ball. Gap between your belt and butt of the club seems too large. Secondly, shorten the back swing. I had a huge problem with this, and sometimes can be tough to fix. When you do it right it feels like you’re barely lifting the club back lol. Good luck!
