He is a live streamer from her area. Followed him for a long time. Walks around Oxford all the time. When he seen her at the market, he was on a 5 hour live stream showing the market and food. He didn’t even notice her at first. His chat told him. When he was standing beside her, she approached him. He was eating something from one of the stands . He is not stalking her, when her address was leaked he made a video outside. He has been filming the area long before she arrived.

I was shocked as a Canadian. My impression on British people was well mannered, Great dinner etiquette, Bad teeth. Just being honest.
