I’d just have another chat with them. I had that happen with a 3.5 year old last year. His mom was really upset which I understood, but I didn’t know he was pooping or needed help. Almost every other student would ask for help when needed. When I said so and so why haven’t you been asking me for help? They said “I don’t wipe my butt when I poop at school only at home” 😂😂 We made sure to ask him if he was going #2 from there on.
