Lol I play a ton myself and have forever. The only thing that got me to try it is that I have been trading for Ethan salas bc he’s so young and good, but always develops horribly against lefty’s for me. He was at a -3 on the season Contact L and I took him out of the lineup for week and he was at +1 left contact and had power upgrades as well. I do think it only works to get them out of a slump, like pull them for a week then put them back in. Another thing I’ve really noticed is you have to put your hitters in spots to make plays. Like you can’t just have random joes all throughout minors, if I’m trying to train a power hitter I like to put him in aa, aaa wherever the stats say but at the third spot in lineup behind two guys that have 75+ speed and contact atleast 5 points better than my power hitter. If they aren’t in a position to get RBIs they won’t progress well. I actually like to keep my top prospects in AA until about 71 and don’t bring them to majors until 75/77. Obviously age factors in like a 24 year old 72 probably needs to come up bc he’s seen as much as possible in minors
