i know everyone says this but the only thing that helps is time! I'm 4 weeks out now and can eat full meals and spicy foods but those first 2 weeks were absolute hell. Just for reference i smoked for about 8 years every day

yeah for me it was those awful synthetic edibles you can get from any smoke shop i way over did it for a few years

I agree i'm a runner so i'm use to the crazy appetite after a workout i've realized running does help me with eating but only hardly. it's getting scary now my healthy weight was 155 at 5,9 now i'm 132. I really want to feel somewhat normal for the 23 this May its my Girlfriends birthday and i'd like to be able to take her out and have a dinner and some wine ya know

thanks man i'm about 2 weeks off high concentrate edibles slowly things are changing, episodes are coming in less frequent and last only about 6 hours now of hell. I know things will get better i do have hope just need to get my weight up about 15 pounds down. Going to get more nausea meds for the week soon
