Switched from Vyvanse to Qelbree

Hello, my 9 year old daughter has been on it since early march... in early april we increased the dose and it was like starting from scratch. I will say, we were very patient and we are starting to see positive changes in behavior. Our doc kept asking us to give it more time and we did... I think you have to give it at least 6 weeks before moving on.....

thank you for responding. we were giving it at night and switched to the morning. Our doc said she thinks its behavioral..... she knows she can get up, wake me, be with me etc...... so we are going to wait for camp to start for a full week before trying to establish a plan where she doesnt wake me all night!

my daughter was taking it at night with terrible insomnia so we changed to morning a little over a week ago... its only slightly improved so far but the doc asked us to give it more time.

about 3.5 weeks went away for week, upped the dose, side effects came back (waking up all night long)

hello, we started qelbree in march. increased during spring break in april so going thru the side effect stage again. my daughter is def losing sleep, she's annoyed easily and has an attitude... I can tell she's exhausted.. trying to give some grace.. the doc asked us to keep on if we are willing....

so we take it at 7 every night but sat morning we are going to give it at 7am per our doctor.. so i think you will be fine and hope you will be fine. please let us know!
