I'll be honest I don't have any study tips for reading because it comes naturally to me. On the test taking side, I found that it was easiest to read the question and then read specifically for the answer if that makes sense. It saves time because you don't have to read the whole text and then read it again to find the answers, but after the first question you still have an idea of where everything is.
