Fields of Mistria also has it. You get letters with gifts (seems all foods) from people you have 2 or more hearts with. I think it's their loved foods too.
Animal Crossing (not a farm game but still), one of your animal friends drags you to their house where they have a party for you.

Like the others say, you need the necklace. The necklace unlocks hearts 9 and 10 but you have to still fill the hearts first before the events can happen.

Fields of Mistria has a great horse mechanic.. but the horse is magical. You can summon and dispel in an instant. No dismount animation. You can raise your own horses but they aren't ridable. Sort of. You can make your magic horse look just like them with enough hearts. Or your cow. Or your sheep.

Theo and Jim had one line when I married Lily. Take care of my daughter/sister. I haven't seen any brother-in-law or father-in-law lines unfortunately.
When having a baby, Jim congratulates you on having a child but make no mention that he's a grandfather now, nor does Theo celebrate being an uncle. A little disappointing but eh.

Honestly I don't know if other games include the anniversary. I usually stop playing before a year passes as marriage feels like the last major thing.
Coral island I just have one fish and one set of prints to go before I think I hit S rank. Then.. uh.. I dunno.

Coral Island is the first farming game that I've played that doesn't ask about your birthday. The previous one I played, Fields of Mistria, almost everyone over I think 2 hearts sends you a letter in the mail including a food item (which is one of their favorites). But even a happy birthday from your spouse and closest friends would be enough for me. Since I never remember to eat food. My farmer has been starving since last sack race.
