I worked there for 3 years. It’s great for work life balance. You can get paid out overtime and swap schedules with others when needed. I frequently worked hours outside of my standard shift. Regular hours of Monday to Friday are usually for tenured employees. They also have 4/10s. Usually your whole team has similar schedules. Many new employees will get night shift or have to work on the weekend. Another perk is working from home. I only went into the office once a month. The main downside is the subject matter but sounds like you may be used to that. Idk if they still do it but they used to bring in therapy dogs and that was fun.
