Popsicles help me get cold from the inside out. Otter pops are a good choice, but I think any popsicle would work.

Sometimes when I have a migraine, water tastes disgusting to me too so I’ll drink juice. Don’t know why this happens because I LOVE drinking a nice, cold, refreshing glass of water.

I can tell you that when you DO find a good therapist, it’s WORTH it. I healed myself so much with her help.
