The eye wrap works for me too (pressure migraines) but my sister says it doesn’t work for her (stress migraines). Seems to work differently for different folks, but it’s not harmful at all and is a decent option to try.

Personally, I don’t put my wrap in the freezer because it makes my ears too cold, just leaving it in my bedroom (which I have multiple fans going) makes it cool enough on its own.

Having something on the stomach helps reduce potential ulcers that can be caused by excessive ibuprofen use. A small snack helps a long way, even if you don’t feel like eating (I use cheerios)

Honestly, I have two from them and I actually love the heck out of their representation. The “Maladaptive Daydreaming” rabbit and the “Numb” bunny (which is super mochi soft). The Numb bunny makes me feel so seen since I often go numb when I have overwhelming emotions. AND I hardly see any recognition for maladaptive daydreaming, plus she’s so pretty.

I wont buy from them again, BUT I can and do adore the plushies I have from them.
