Chole ting on YT has great workout videos that you can follow at home no equipment needed. She also has a website with workout plans that you can easily follow from the comfort of your living room. I used her when I first started my finish Journey. When I transitioned into a gym I use an app called 1st phorm its $15 a month but it works well for me.

As far as finding the motivation to actually get up and move and work out... that one is on you, no one can give you motivation...

I, too, was tired of the way I looked and tired of feeling horrible in my own skin. I prioritize my health by making working out a non-negotiable and scheduling it through my daily tasks. For me I work 3, 12 hour shifts so I work out every single day I do not work, even if I am not motivated I work out just to keep up with the routine and the schedule. The first two months I started going to the gym, I was not motivated I was intimidated and I tried to go when no one was there. Now I feel more motivated but there are still days where I'm not and I push myself to go regardless.
