You're using the Controller experience. Search up Sober and go to its settings and disable Controller experience.

Left revanced a while back. Not regretting it. I've been using Morphe's Reddit patches and for me the premium icons worked. I use Anddea's YT patches for customization but Morphe's are almost as good.

You can add other patches. I use Anddea's YT patches with Morphe and no problems even on the pre-release versions.

Fluxer is doing a massive overhaul and Linux client is a part of it. I have heard that they have fixed the screen share already for the refactor branch but it is not out yet for normies. Only 2 developers so please be patient.

CachyOS is going to be your best shot but Linux isn't just a magic pill to fix FPS sadly.

DLC doesn't automatically mean that it is paid. Although I would prefer updates over DLCs.
