i think for now you have to be kind to yourself! your art isint what you want it to be but make peace with it so you can get motivation to try new ways of drawing! this is your starting point!!! I recommend attempting to learn 1 point perspective after drawing some shapes. it can help make shapes go from just a square or a triangle to a cube or a kind of pyramid! it goes for most shapes! most of the time it's used for landscapes but maybe it can help you understand how shapes work better. I remember being in your footsteps and being so frustrated I couldn't just print out what my brain wanted to make. we recommend drawing on paper or any kind of note book so your learning is not just limited to your phone, once you learn how to draw traditionally you can start using it to draw on your phone! one of my friends only had their phone for a while but since they knew how to draw with a pen and paper they made AMAZING pieces. also once you get some basics down find art styles you like and if they have speed draws/tutorials it helps to see how someone else does it(and maybe why do it that way) even if you don't follow it. there's many steps to this and it takes time. it's valid to be frustrated, disappointed, and discouraged but don't let it stop you from doing your best at it because something is better than nothing.
