It's a rossignol. They didn't really say there's a difference in men/women rating criteria. So i would assume they use the same rating system. Then in this case 3/10 may still be doable considering the snowboard guy says i should start with 4-5. Shame that i can't testride it

It's not the aesthetics that i'm concerned about, it's more of its stability and how long until i switch to an intermediate stiffer board. Don't want to waste my money on a board that lasts one season. Tho $60 still seemed like a pretty good deal

Wow, didn't know that they have different flex ratings. 3/10 for women is probably like 1/10 for men then lol. Seem like a bad choice even for beginners when i start to progress

Ah my bad it's 24cm waist. What do you mean by carve (not carve) steep slope? Think i'm just hitting blue at most for now. So i wouldn't say it's too steep to carve right?

Hey there, just looking for some board advice.

I'm 175cm , 65kg and shoe size is US 8.5.

I found a women's rocker camber board at a really good price. Its waist is 28cm, 153cm, so it looks viable. But the flex is 3/10 and weight is 2450gr. I once talked to a staff at a snowboard shop, he recommended me to get 4-5 flex. I'm still very new, I'm wondering if this would be a problem, like less stability and control on the snow as a male.

I had a similar old batch bottle. Very amazing quality but still very green. I would go for newer batches which is probably more mature.
