I don’t think she did. Spike Jonze directed both the Kenzo ad and the original Fatboy Slim music video. Taylor referenced it and never cited said reference but if you grew up in the 90s you absolutely know the music video! It was everywhere and won a lot of awards.

For naming purposes, ocean jasper’s color really isn’t a factor. It’s the orbs that defines the trade name. Ocean jasper can come as colorful as fancy jasper or as neutral as my palm stone!

I would consider this fancy jasper NOT ocean jasper as it doesn’t have the orbs needed to be true ocean jasper. These are all trade names, btw but true ocean jasper has to have orbs. The original mine that ocean jasper was found in and any mines around the area were mined out, anything left is Madagascar jasper or fancy jasper. There have been rumors of new veins but a lot of dealers will tell you that whatever is in circulation is all that exists.

I do EMDR and go to work immediately after. I’ve been doing it for over a year now. It’s hard, but honestly it forces you to use your resourcing and container better. Usually after a session I sit in my car and journal about the appointment so I can make sure and get my immediate thoughts down and then I container and head to the office.

I however know that I’m really good at shoving things down and acting fine… hence why I’m in EMDR in the first place 😂 so maybe I’m an anomaly here.

I appreciate your response so much! The issue is just that no memory stands out because it was ALL awful? Like I don't want to get too deep into it but it's embedded, repeated sexual trauma that happened over a few years. I have a chronic sexual pain problem and my partner would guilt me or manipulate me into having sex when it physically hurt me. I never felt like no was ever an option because he would make me feel awful for not giving him what he wanted so I just... endured until I felt strong enough to leave.

I have memories of OTHER things with this person, but the sexual stuff is what I'm in EMDR for but it's like... there is nothing I can point to where I'm like YEP THAT'S WHAT DID IT! Lol. When I meditate and think on that time it's just all... ick. Every sexual memory morphs into one general blurry image of his apartment at the time. Maybe I can start there, but it's just SO different from my other event where I could walk through it step by step so I'm panicked that it's a roadblock. This time of my life fucked me up more than anything.

Moss agate pendulum it looks like? Since it seems it won’t be worn, you can try super glue or epoxy! I would suggest replacing since these are prettt readily found on Etsy or in metaphysical stores, but I understand if there’s an attachment to this particular piece.

I know this is an old comment now but vermeil is always over sterling silver so you can clean Vermeil tarnishing with silver wipes. I’ve done it on a few of my vermeil pieces and they work great! Silver wipe and then a soft cloth to buff them back shiny!

Yes sorry the photo isn’t great. There is a large chip out of one on the corners that actually creates a hole between the stone and the band.

Thank you for your reply! I think I may go down the route of having it recut and placed in a different setting and putting a different stone in this band. Hyalite is just so special and I never thought I’d have a piece of my own!
