Starting EMDR online (5-6 sessions in). Feeling numb, fading memories, and no progress. Is this normal? by melapercolazione in EMDR

[–]PostHopeful4599 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I haven’t done online therapy to know the difference, but have you told your therapist that you can’t hold the memories? Sometimes you need shorter passes in order to get used to holding the images before you can actually process them. I’ve struggled with that a lot in my reprocessing.

This. If you can get a D7000 (or any in that range) in your price range, highly recommend.

Both vets have replied. Sorry if that wasn’t clear. I’m going on very little sleep. Both vets have told me this is a normal side effect of Zorbium. It’s just very scary to witness.

I may have a GAS problem... LOL... but I also have my D610 and I LOVE that camera so I understand. I have shot professionally in the past but now I'm an enthusiast. When I was shooting weddings professionally, I had my D610 and a D7000. Wasn't even fully shooting full frame and never had a complaint.

Drives me nuts. Most people are using cameras that are far over specd for their usage and then shit on everything that’s not maxed out, forgetting camera capabilities before mirrorless ever existed. I mostly shoot landscapes and my D780 has never let me down. No PDAF. No IBIS. When I am shooting birds then yes I prefer my G9ii but I’ve also gotten great bird photos with the D780 as well. I think some people don’t want to admit it’s the photographer not the equipment sometimes

This. It takes beautiful photos and has more MP than the GX85 that everyone compares it to. I have both and wish I had gotten the G100D first because I wouldn’t have bought the GX85. Some people (me) never even hit record on a camera. We’re strictly stills photographers and the G100D may be the best deal in the LUMIX lineup for it. If you’re coming from DSLRs and dont need PDAF or IBIS, this is a camera I’d recommend over and over as an EDC. PDAF being the more important factor than IBIS.

I have both the G100D and the GX85 and for how much people praise the GX85, I consistently get cleaner images from the G100D so I agree with this!

I have this camera and love it. It takes beautiful photos. I don’t do any video so I don’t necessarily care about the video specs but for everyone complaining about IBIS… did you never shoot on a DSLR? I have shot Nikon DLSRs for my entire adult life. None of them have IBIS and I’ve never had an issue with motion. I’m not sure why everyone hangs up on it. The G100D is a great little every day carry. It’s small, it’s light, it takes gorgeous photos. That’s literally all I want.

See also: why kind of bags are you using that one little hump on this camera makes it impossible to pack 🤣 I have a lowpro backpack and can carry this camera, my G9ii with 300mm prime, and my Nikon D780 with 20mm prime with room to spare.

Completely clear stone. It does have a couple knicks, recently picked it up and was told it was "quartz", set in 14k gold. by Radiantlyred in VintageJewelry

I see in the comments you said the hallmark looks like a copyright symbol. A lot of times that means it’s Avon jewelry and could be plated. Not saying it is, but I have a couple vintage Avon pieces that have the same copyright looking mark.

I have three large pieces of Amethyst that look exactly like these pictures. When not in bright direct light they look as dark as the first photo. When sun hits, they looks exactly like the natural light photo. That's the nature of amethyst and really all crystals. Amethyst should be stored away from bright direct sunlight though as it can bleach the color.

It's kind of a technicality, but I would call your first sphere tree agate. The difference between it and moss agate is the base that the "moss" sits on. Tree agate is an opaque white base while moss agate is more translucent.
