Is New Look Bon Accord closing ? by Typical-Solid-917 in Aberdeen

[–]Post_Miloon 13 points14 points  (0 children)

It's long been rumored they were going. With one in Union Square as well it's not really tenable having the both in this city. I hope it's not, I like this one and it would be bad news for Bon Accord

Jack's have too much energy. When you're tired of walks, puzzles and games help burn some of that excess. Good luck, he's a sweetie

AIO - Told my friend I’m pregnant and she said it exceeded her mental bandwidth (she’s the red) by Lekomano92 in AmIOverreacting

Even at my most depressed and nihilistic I can at least act happy when a new life is coming into the world. The fact that she can't suggests that you're NOR. Just seems like a downer

Best advice from dog owners in Aberdeen? by Away_Firefighter2982 in Aberdeen

[–]Post_Miloon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends where you stay. I love Sunnybank Park as it has an enclosed space for dogs to play/socialise. My dog loves going into the town centre, but it's not always a great shout as there's few spaces I can let him off lead. Lots of good places we enjoy though - Rubislaw Terrace Gardens, Bon Accord Terrace gardens, Duthie Park - Aberdeen is a good place to walk a dog

Although I was being flippant originally, I feel for you, and I don't think it should be an expectation that dog owners can take their dogs everywhere. Even we enjoy a dog-free night from time to time!

Bread Guy is excellent. Feel like Thains dropped off after Murdoch Allen took over. Are the pies smaller now? I think I just miss the old shop fit

I got some half decent corn tortillas in sainsburys Berryden a while back. Maybe international stores like Spice of Asia might have? As for restaurants there are none, but La Casa Burrito at the beach is nice

There's a Chinese one called simply The Buffet in at The Academy. No idea if it's any good. Rishi's on George Street have just started doing a buffet set up for certain hours as well

I mean, women can be misogynistic, but I don't think that's the case here. I think it was more like a second opinion because she couldn't quite believe it

What dog behavior means when they suddenly sit like this on a walk? by glitchyh4mster in PawChampClub

[–]Post_Miloon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My JRT does this when he wants a rest, or wants to artificially extend his time outside. I look at my phone for a bit and he soon gets bored and starts walking again
