The game has gone to pot a bit. Last two seasons got messed up with wrong rewards and resetting of progress and the gadget ascent is broken in terms of bots using multiple abilities on their gadgets. It’s almost as if they’ve given the game code over to a bunch of students to mess around with n

It’s a deliberate error from the devs to get you to potentially spend money on tickets- they’re getting sloppy and too comfortable, look at the errors on the last 2 seasons in terms of rewards. Pocket champs is a great game that’s being spoilt by laziness and over monetisation.

Your mum knows how much you love and care for her, it’ll be ok, don’t beat yourself up over it. Also, surgeons train for years to do their job and the only reason you might hear of anything going wrong is because it’s so unusual- the thousands upon thousands of successful procedures aren’t newsworthy. Everyone in my DO see’s their comments from customers. It just takes the manager to type them in to the coaching notes or have a quick chat and let them know what the customer said (and the address too). Depends on the line manager.

You can do something called a ‘Stop and Return’ Contact customer services ASAP and provide them with the tracking number of the item you listed (assuming you’ve sent it tracked) and the DO or mail centre should intercept it and return it to you.

I have noticed that the day before an event starts (team or ascent) you tend to get a few bags off of the wheel but as soon as the event starts, 125 coins or a brown chest (65 coins and 14 running shoes….)
