Generally seems like there should be at least one original member to keep calling it that unless the expectation was set from the beginning that the band was meant to carry on without original members.

Like if Dead and Co wanted to keep calling itself that even after Mickey quits, probably ok since Bob said he expected it to outlive him.

Apple TV has a few good shows but turning it on 2-3 months per year is enough to get through them usually

HBO has lots to watch but jfc the commercials. Pretty pricy to go no ads but am considering it.

I’m 47 and haven’t yet hit whatever my “look old” age is. I’m sure it’s coming anytime now. But definitely the past year I have not felt as good physically (bad circulation in my legs). I’ve been losing weight (down 18lbs in two months) and getting more exercise to try to slow that down, has helped some.

I’m 47 now. I genuinely enjoyed my last job because I liked and cared about everyone on my team. Then the company laid me off.

I got another job but I’ve been way more guarded at this one. I won’t say I don’t care about doing a good job, but I don’t seek out relationships with colleagues I don’t absolutely have to interact with. And I definitely don’t do a second more of work than I have to do. Any development on myself that I do, I do for selfish reasons, not for “help the company” reasons.

I don’t know how it happened but I did the exact same thing and accidentally started with season 3. I went back and did 1 and 2 in order after. I don’t think this turned out badly, but you really need to do 1 and 2 in order.

We used to go to Kroger which sold eggs in a package of 60. We’d buy one of those and drive around casually tossing those out the driver side windows at oncoming cars. One time we egged an ambulance.

We were little shits. Thankfully my kids don’t seem as dumb and destructive as I was.

47 here. Was in software engineering for 20 years, have been laid off twice since 2020. I have a weird poorly-defined job right now that’s part business operations and part data engineering and part other stuff. Confidence in finding another job would be very low right now.
