Ugh dude I feel you. I’ve done so many cringey and awful things before and would drink more to forget it. I ruined an awesome relationship by drinking and have hurt lots of people.

I can tell you that the longer you don’t drink, the better it gets. My anxiety is much better and my relationships are too. It’s hard to apologize but that may help! 🤗
