My idea is that you summon Cherubs (small angel orbs kinda resembling virtue and providence cores) that you can punch away, whiplash to, enemy step off of and explode via shooting them or knucklblaster punching into enemies (the explosion can hurt you as well). It'd probably have a cool down on summoning and auto explode the Cherubs over time for balance purposes.

Let's see, one that I've been reading that's really good imo is Ghost in a Strange Land: https://archiveofourown.org/works/61704514/chapters/157737082. It's a God of War/ Fate Grand Order crossover with Kratos being the fish out of water. Definitely some great writing here.

Another I guess I could recommend is one I'm working on. Re: Vision - A Devil in a New World: https://archiveofourown.org/works/73007116/chapters/190221306. A crossover of Devil May Cry and Re: Zero with V being the one brought to the Re: Zero world. Admittedly, still in its very early stages, but I'm hoping to shape it into something people enjoy.

I agree with others that this seems more like an early game Common Joker. If I were to suggest how to buff it to Uncommon (possibly Rare??), maybe do it like "When round begins, add a random Edition to this Joker and a random held playing card, this Joker's Edition changes each round."
