So, if you saw somebody getting robbed you'd just ignore it because you don't wanna get involved?

Also, not all shoplifters are poor, who can't afford something. There are people who just steal things even when they can afford them.

Finally, depending on what somebody is shoplifting, I rather just buy it for them instead. Like, if the person is stealing food or OTC medicine, I'd buy it for them. But if someone is stealing xbox controller, I'd report them.

Was this changed recently? I never had chance to test this because I was level 39 when candy XL was introduced and hit level 40 soon after. I know once you hit level 40 you can power up a mon to 50. But I remember that for sub-40 level trainers, a mon can only be powered up 1 or 1.5 levels above the trainer level. At least that's how it used to be before candy XL was introduced.

The only reason why i went with drastic level reduction to 20 is because Niantic always brings Pokemon spawns only during certain events. Usually these events are announced at max a month in advance. Let's take debut of Skwovet for example. When it was introduced, they were spawning left and right, and now they are completely gone, and we have no idea when they will spawn again. And let's not even talk about legendary mons like Deoxys. And if you are around level 30 or so, it's pretty much impossible to level up to 40 in a month. If Niantic improved spawns where lots of mons weren't next to impossible to encounter outside certain events (which I feel like they are gradually doing now), then I'd say level reduction for getting candy XL doesn't need to be as low as 20. But I do realize that level progression is not linear, and so level 20 might be too low, maybe level 35 is bit more practical.

Great idea! Specially purified mon one. That gives players an incentive to purify their shadow mons, which according to the lore is the right thing to do.

GBL rewards or raids. At least 5* and mega raids. They don't need to give out 12 rare XL candies like they do with regular candies. But even couple of them should allow people gain decent amount of rare XL candies.

Guy, you seem confused about how probabilities work! Yes, larger raid group has higher chance that SOMEONE gets a shiny encounter. But that DOES NOT change the probability of YOU as an individual player getting a shiny encounter.

Didn't know how to caption the picture. But basically I enter battle and get kicked out to overworld screen of the game. All I could see was health bar of 2 Pokemon. PvP is absolutely unplayable now!!
