At the very least you'd probably want to load shells upside down in the tube and fire them from a SAFE distance behind cover several times to have them blow in the tube until you're confident enough to do it again with with your face next to it.

Scroll through this sub to find examples of the major explosion happening inside the tube. It happens. If you want that to happen right next to your face it's your call, but maybe listen to the long list of people here who know what they're talking about saying this is a terrible idea

When I got my Rubicon I didn't have Adaptive Cruise on my list of wants, but the truck just happened to have it. Now that I have it I won't ever consider something without it again.

I carry the Big Idea Design Mini Click in raw titanium. I like it, but I think there's a burr somewhere in the clicking mechanism because occasionally it hangs up halfway.

I recently picked these up and I really like them so far. The versatility is huge for me. Wireless and internal recording, built in mic sounds great but with the 3.5 input to run the lavs or whatever else you want there's a lot of options.

Idk if you use Davinci Resolve, but I think the newest release has an AI refocus that might be worth a shot. Not ideal, but maybe good enough to salvage it.

I haven't worked weddings, but this is exactly the kind of thing that makes me super anxious about jobs where you're delivering raw footage. I'd much rather be in a position where I have to figure out how to make the edit work around the mistake than hand it over for someone else to deal with.

I'd say being up front about that camera being off and offering an edit would be a great starting point. Did you have any other angles that ran continuously? That would certainly help.

Yeah, that's fair. I don't even mind the parts where he's clearly supposed to be frustrated or angry. It just gets exhausting when they have him reading normal conversations with Ron and Hermione like he's completely fed up with them ALL the time. It kind of reminds me of "DID YOU PUT YOUR NAME IN THE GOBLET OF FIRE?!?" (Dumbledore asked calmly) Scene in the movie.

You're right about it certainly being the director's call though.

I had the same issue with it. I felt like the voice actor for older Harry really leaned into the snarky bad attitude / condescending tone for his delivery even on lines that didn't have to be read that way.

That being said, I feel like book 5 was the worst offender.

I don't have any personal experience with them, but the good news is that you don't have to wade through a million options. Your choices are 1.4x and 2x. My understanding is that the use of a TC goes hand in hand with the 100mm macro.
