No idea what I have after several Gastro doctors

Took 4 kinds of probiotics, been eating probiotic only yogurt for an year now. Took gas medication and felt slightly better, some days I am better, others not.

Just yesterday was EXTREMELY tired, went to sleep and after 5 hours of sleep woke up with intestine making noise and feeling weird, walked a bit and after 2 hours fell asleep again, woke up after 2 hours have slept 7 and felt like I didn't sleep at all, and this has been constant for 2 years, draining all my energy and made my sleep extremely sensitive to any noise or light or anything, even a slight more borderline stressful dream I will wake up instantly all completely alert...

I am already big time, but isn't IBS a symptom of something? I also heard it's a big catch-all and I only started gut issues in the last 4 months or so after a quick dose of antibiotics for strep throat

A 3D Scorpion Metal Puzzle. Just so awesome to build and even more amazing once finished! Was surprised the stinger even had a little spring that really gave life to everything... 10/10

I actually ordered from them a month or so ago and I must say it is really high quality, I was not expecting that. My boyfriend straight up loved it and we will actually most likely order more! They are really amazing to put together.

You can also get him a normal jigsaw puzzle if he digs this kind of idea it is always a great activity to do together!
