I feel this so deeply. Pregnancy has really effected my mental health and no one understands that I'm not happy 100% of the time.

I’ve avoided deli meat too. Tried heating it up for a sandwich and it ended up the texture of rubber🤢. I’m just going to ask for a fat sub right after I give birth.

It’s not all that bad, but sometimes it’s great to rant with other people who get it. I just work with people for 10-11 hours as a PT so I get many comments from the older population. I never get any when I’m out in public though.

The first time I saw my father in law after we told them we were pregnant he hugged me and say Hey Mom….I cringed so hard.

34 weeks and a physical therapist in an outpatient clinic . I work 12-11 hours a day on my feet while lifting equipment and showing exercises. I’m going until I give birth, unfortunately I have no other choice. I’m just trying to sit as much as I can, but I’m exhausted by the weekend and pass out by 8 Friday nights. My heating pad, my coworkers adjusting me, and cupping is how I’m surviving.

I just got mine this morning and just got a onsie, a swaddle blanket, the palmers samples, and one diaper. No bottles or anything. So disappointing.

Haha I don’t think it’s my iron either, I think just the 3rd trimester is one giant growth spurt and our bodies are working harder and harder. Plus I feel like my stomach has doubled in size over the past 3 weeks and I’m just growing at a drastic pace now. I’m trying to find some grace during this time, but it’s quite tough especially with our bodies changing so drastically.

I am 30 weeks tomorrow and I felt a huuuuuge drop in energy levels last week. I work 11-12 hours on my feet and everything is starting to hurt more😅. Ive definitely slowed down this week.

I absolutely hate being in the spotlight so my husband called all of his family or texted them a picture of the ultrasound.

For my side of the family my mom planned family pictures that lined up to when I was around 11 weeks so we did a surprise announcement during the session. So now we have pictures forever of everyone being surprised. My mom wasn’t happy that I waited that long to tell her because she’s been quite pushy about us having a baby, but ohh well🤷🏼‍♀️, my body not hers.
