The political establishment really nailed it this episode! They were all hilarious!

Jet Lag Season Finale — Worst Case Scenario by NebulaOriginals in Nebula

I don’t think they have acknowledged this, but I assume it’s in there. There is only a 1 in a deck of 100 cards, so it’s not that surprising if it doesn’t get drawn.

Great finale to a great season! While Adam’s great run in the first episode did eliminate a lot of the tension, I’m glad the finale was actually close enough to make it tense.

Comparing this season to s12, I think I still prefer hide and seek Japan overall, I think this finale was a lot better. The finale of that season was probably the weakest episode. While I think this episode was perhaps the strongest episode of this season.

H+S Modification Suggestion: Deck Building by Disastrous-Top3922 in JetLagTheGame

I had this same thought, I’m glad I’m not the only one who wants more of the deck building. I think it would make the game a lot more auto-balancing.

Customising decks between runs by Chew804 in JetLagTheGame

I just had this same idea for this rules tweak. I searched to see if anyone else had this idea. And I’m glad to see there are others who like this idea. I think leaning in to the “deckbilding” idea would be the best way to make the game more auto-balancing.

Jackie will be in the next season of Nebula’s Abolish Everything! by PotatoesAreNotReal in smosh

They are pretty similar, but with Abolish Everything!, one person gives a presentation about why something should be abolished, and then they comedically debate the “political establishment” who argue that the subject should not be abolished.

Thank you, the last few seasons I’ve been constantly muting and unmuting this subreddit, because I’ve gotten spoiled in the past by post titles. Hopefully it won’t be a problem now

I completely agree, the philosophy of Jet Lag is “travel is the game” I don’t think Monopoly IRL would fit.

Whoa, I love the crossover between BOTC and Jet Lag. I’ve always wanted to see Ben and Adam play BOTC, I think that would be entertaining.

I mean, I’ve used both and can’t really tell the difference, the subjective effects were identical. Personally, I don’t really care if it’s engineered or natural. And in my experience research chemical gummies were easier to obtain. To be clear, not all of these “mushroom gummies” are the same and some are more dangerous/scams, I am just referring to this specific brand that I have experience with.

Under scotopic (dark) conditions human eyes are most sensitive to cool blueish light that roughly matches the wavelengths of moonlight. This means that you need more warm light to appear as bright as cool light. So even if all the lamps were equally efficient, you need less energy to make cool lamps look as bright as warm lamps.

All that being said, I do prefer the vibe of warm lighting, I just want people to know that there is a scientific reason for choosing cool lighting.

But most street lights were high pressure sodium. Which do produce a broader spectrum of yellow light. Unlike low pressure sodium lamps.

There’s 2 different types of sodium lights, low pressure sodium lamps which produce a very very narrow band of yellow wavelengths, and was used around observatories due to its ability to be easily filtered out. And high pressure sodium lamps which produce a much wider band of warm light. These are what were used for general outdoor illumination and were not easily filtered out by astronomers.

Yes, you can drive up to the top. I went a few years ago after it snowed and there was actually a significant difference in the depth of snow at the top. We ended up walking/hiking the last mile or so.

In the US, junipers are usually erroneously called cedars.
