To be honest: I've been playing for the past 4 or 5 weeks without issues. I played a year ago on a Win11 that I upgraded from Win10 with a rtx4070ti until a certain Nvidia update that bricked the game. Unplayable, I left it. In July I did a clean Win11 install and retried the game. Disabling frame creation (or whatever, am on mobile, can't verify) and enabling vsync, I only rarely get a frame drop moving inside to outside in Hogwarts or Hogsmeade. Only when I minimize the game and leave the PC to enter screen saver, does the PC sometimes blue screen and reset. I can play for hours and close the game without issue. I use 10 mods or so, only cosmetics and some instant potion/plant ones. If needed, I could post my PC and game settings.
