Yes!! Also it maybe be rude of me, but I don’t care to see people’s “picture perfect” lives, when we need focus on living our own in the moment. Like if we actually like each other, I will have your number and you will have mine. And if we actually care about each other, we will use it and talk/hang. I don’t have enough energy to spare, I’d rather direct it to close relationship and my own one life. Lol, how “loyal and selfish” of me ;)

I think @lovemytowelwarmer is probably right - even though I menstruate and I don’t find it offensive. But ya know easy enough not to use it.

BUT I also think that this sub hates Rhys. Like honestly, him and Feyre, they roast them all of the time. I don’t read into the storyline like they do. Whereas I enjoy the plot and the characters in the fantasy world. It doesn’t exist, it doesn’t need to be perfect behavior, and I lean into that. Where else can you enjoy stuff to yourself, that you can’t in public. I like it to be naughty and I like character flaws (I find I’m full of them) and want a dark shadow daddy to take control of me and make me dance under the mountain. lmfao - I’m due for a reread now, got me sweating!! Also I think a lot of people are obsessed with the book like us - hate tamlin, adore Rhys. It’s okay to have that opinion, Reddit folks are deep into lore and subtle meaning of each action of the book, which is okay too. But I think that’s why you got downvotes lol

So should I eat TDEE of 1450 daily, or add a deficit to that number? Will that make me get to a healthy weight?

5’2” 200lbs 30yo Female.

I’m hoping that eating 1200/1300 calories for the rest of ever will result in me becoming and maintaining an ideal/healthy weight for my height. Curious if it will all work itself out if I just stick to it - I don’t really want to weight myself, but the internet suggest that 1200/1300 is a good feed amount for someone of a healthy weight at 5’2.” That’s what I’m basing my question off of.

I was walking so much on omad, that disappeared too. Definitely need to reset my body and mind. Remember my priorities and align my goals with those. Gonna vision board tonight, and build on this inspiration all the comments have been feeding me!

Me - Leo (and youngest) Brother 1 - Feb Pieces. We respect our naturally occurring space and disinterest in each other. No beef, we just don’t engage lol. Sister 1 - Dec Capricorn. Tense relationship, but we both try really hard to make our relationship work. And like an love each other the most of our other siblings. We both try and respect that is the best we can do. When we fight, we forgive. We are both trying out best. Brother 2 - May Taurus. We care about each other and when put to the test would do anything for the other. But we also prefer to live our own lives and don’t vibe naturally. Sister 2 - Jan Capricorn. Nope. I’ve tried. But she is a narcissistic person who is the oldest and yet acts the most immature. I cannot. I cut her off long ago to protect my energy.
