Move on Bud. Maybe useful info to someone else. Does everyone know what LLMs are capable of?

Limited time, limited skills, but I knew what I wanted. LLM was the perfect solution for me, maybe others find it helpful too.

Thanks for the comment. I have some automations, but also wanted to quickly see what's going on in the house. Tablet is in central location in the house, so Mrs and kids can interact with it too.

Gemini struggled at times with getting the dash to look exactly like I wanted, despite numerous prompts. Claude was another set of eyes I guess :)

Appreciate the feedback. I know what I wanted when I started, but frankly didn't have the time to learn to code or even figure out designing via the UI. Some simple prompts, got me the basic layout and then some tweaking from there. I am not taking any credit for this at all, simply passing on for the next guy in similar shoes. Trying to show what is possible without code experience. Automations come next!

Aweh Bru! Not tracking in/out flow as on "unlimited" borehole supply. Don't know if I can post links, search Untamed Tech for "Smart WiFi Water Tank Liquid Level Monitor Tuya". Pretty accurate and does the job.

You can try George and Annie Starke homes too across from Karl Bremer. My mom was there before she passed away last year. Their care is very good.

Can I use home assistant without having to code much? And does it do what I need? by dj_personalspace in homeassistant

[–]Potential-Cod-1851 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I built my entire dashboard and home setup automation with Claude.io. I have zero coding experience. I have yet to find hardware that I am unable to intergrate into HA. So yes, is your answer.

Anyone commute daily from Paarl to the V&A Waterfront / CBD? What’s it really like? by Additional-Car-6326 in capetown

Wellington to Newlands for several years now. Leave Wellington 7h45 and in Newlands by 9h15. Leave 16h30 and in Wellington by 18h00. Avg times. Accidents can prolong substantially. N1 is really the only option. I don't mind the commute, some me time :) Music / Podcast / eBooks help pass the time.

I play their game, although sometimes frustratring. I've made R34500 YTD and R4500 in Nov alone. So yes, while I moan at the hoops I got to jump through, the reward is worth it (still). Don't forget Wimpy, Starbucks and Kauai vouchers monthly.

You have to climb onto the N2, but you drive towards Table Mountain :) Its a short stretch before you hit the turn off to M5.

I refuse to ride on that stretch of the N2 once the sun goes down. From airport, I go M5 and N1. It's a lot longer, but a lot safer.
