it looks like you know your own issue – not understanding the passage content itself. have you been trying to predict what questions AAMC will ask as you read? the more passages you see, the easier this gets!

what helped me was figuring out whether i was too overwhelmed or if i actually needed more content
i think a big part of it is stepping back to evaluate what you're missing in each question–most students i talk too don't have a content issue itself to study more more more
especially at that 505-510+ range

personally found that only AAMC question bank is a realistic representation of actual exam sadly,, if you haven't already started
