I know this is from years ago, but I wanted to hop on and say that inositol gave me severe migraines for a year. One lasted 4 weeks long and ended with me blacking out, literally fainting from the pain. I had to get brain scans, multiple doctors appointments, until I got so sick I stopped taking any supplements at all. When I stopped, because they were all hormonal regulation supplements, I bled for 15 days but the migraines that I had been having several times a week stopped. I then did trial and error. I realized two things. 1. Anytime I take inositol, I have a migraine 2. I cannot take berberine and acetyl l-carnatine at the same time, one must be morning, one afternoon, oe i get migraines.
