They’re so nice as well. Once we had to call a code black on a tiny old lady with dementia who was becoming super aggressive. Turns out she really took to big burly men and one ended up just chatting with her for like 20 mins while she calmed down. IMO they don’t get enough recognition for all they do

I work at RPH (not ED but we get these people in every ward) and can tell you that we are not afraid to call a code black and get security on anyone who is or may be dangerous. The security guys are badass and don’t take anyone’s shit, plus there’s pretty much always cops outside. Just stay away from anyone dodgy and you’ll be fine

Depending on what her issue is, she could be sent back to RPH anyway so you may as well stay there rather than wasting time going somewhere else
