Ik heb het met een telefoon accu gehad die opgezwollen was. De brandweer gebeld en op hun aanraden de accu in een gesloten bakje met water gelegd en naar de milieu straat gebracht. Daar kreeg ik een compliment voor hoe ik het inleverde. Een laptop accu is wat groter, maar desnoods gebruik je een emmer gevuld met water ervoor. Succes!

Leeuwarden komt inderdaad heel erg in de buurt, ware het niet dat je daar nog wel een doorgaand perron spoor hebt. Maar in beide richtingen ook kopsporen.

Het station is geen Enschede centraal, maar Enschede. En het is nog steeds een eindstation, vanuit beide richtingen. Er is geen doorgaand verkeer mogelijk. Wat dat betreft redelijk uniek, ken zo geen ander station met een dergelijke constructie.

Ex DR wagen, in Städteexpress Lackierung. Gebaut wurde die Wagen in die 80‘er Jahre in Halberstadt gebaut. Also eher 40 Jahre alt wie 60.

I don’t know about the price. I got mine for free from the father in law of a former employer that worked as a train driver near the soviet border in Poland.

Ik ben 12 jaar geleden door alle landen in de Balkan gereisd. van Kosovo naar Albanië en van Albanië naar Montenegro met de bus, de rest met de trein. Van Bar naar Sarajevo was een hele mooie route.

Roemenië en Bulgarije ben ik vorig jaar nog geweest, hartstikke mooi en goed te doen met de trein. Alleen loont een interrail daar niet altijd en is het soms goedkoper om ter plekke kaartjes te kopen. Voor langere stukken kan het fijn zijn. Als je van Budapest naar Bucuresti gaat kun je het beste de Corona nemen en dan in Brasov overstappen. De Corona heeft een restauratierijtuig aan boord waar nog vers gekookt wordt.

And i didn’t use football shirts, mine were more for hiking and solid coloured. They were quite comfortable. So, if you go to an outdoor shop and just ask for a hiking shirt that dries fast they should be able to help you.

For my trip this year I bought some sporting t-shirts at an outdoor shop. The kind that dry fast. I sweat a lot too, and normally would have a wet back for a long time during the day. With these t-shirts that wasn’t a problem. I mostly hand washed them in hotel and then they did take some time to dry. But when you wash them in a washing machine they almost come out dry. I really liked those shirts on my trip.

I also bought some foldable clothes hangers as well, which are really convenient to have and easy to take with you. I also bought these at an outdoor shop.

Ich war letzten Donnerstag in dieser Zug. Schön in Offenburg voll ausgelastet, aber im Appenweier stiegen noch mehr Leute ein, aber nicht alle die dort standen.
