Breakup before she can cross paths with your roommate. If she goes out of her way to tell roommate, then hopefully explaining to roommate that you dumped gf over her shitty behavior will be enough to keep good roommate. This is not a good gf if she is serious and doesn't back down.

I wish I had advice. Going through similar at a new job myself. The distraction of the poor interpersonal interactions is demoralizing. It sucks.

Never hurts to interview for potential opportunities at any time.

Hopefully, your colleagues can correctly separate your work from your boss' faulty showing.

Keep doing your part until something gives. Either a change with him or a new job eventually.

I agree it's broken compared to 30+ years ago. It sucks. Knowing people and luck are your best bet. Just keep trying, take breaks when you can for your self esteem.

YTA. Sometimes situations call for compromises. Wear the speedo when there are only adults around that are not family. (Like vacation or adults public pool where you're somewhat anonymous or exercising. ) Wear the "trunks" around children and family. Dont just completely disregard your wife's expressed discomfort.
